Sample gins may include:
- Devil's Staircase - a Highland spiced gin with warm notes of cardamom, cassia, nutmeg and orange
- Drookit Piper - a Highland citrus gin with notes of pomelo, lime, orange & kaffir lime leaves
- Chanterelle gin - a traditional juniper forward gin profile with a smooth and subtle Chanterelle mushroom influence
- Oak aged gin - a smooth and warming cask aged gin with hints of toffee on the nose & herbal on the palate!
Pixel Spirits
- Craft distillery set in the scenic grounds of the Loch Leven Hotel in North Ballachulish
- Founded by a husband and wife team, the distillery has been self-built from scratch, with the help of various kind friends and family members
- Some of the bespoke batches are less than 80 bottles per bespoke batch, all bottled and labelled by hand with some even numbered and signed by the Master Distiller!
- Their Devil's Staircase Gin has been recognised by The Herald as one of Scotland's best tipples and received a gold medal for Contemporary Gin at the World Gin Awards 2020, with their Drookit Piper also picking up Silver in the Classic Gin category

- Voucher is valid until Mon 27 Sep 2021, 7 days 12noon -8pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
- Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

- Duration approx. 1 hour 30 mins.
- Max of 8 people per session.
- Includes 3 gins and 3 tonics to sample from a range of seasonal gins; subject to change.
- No wheelchair access available.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
