• Voucher is valid until Sat 27 Aug 2016, Tues 10am-5pm, Wed & Thurs 10am-9pm, Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 9am-4pm; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sat 13 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Please note: an online booking fee of 60p will be charged at time of booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Sorry, strictly only one voucher per person. 
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, cancer sufferers and those in remission. Please discuss all other health queries with Polish Nails & Beauty at time of booking.
• Fingers or toes treatment will take approx. 30 mins, fingers and toes treatment will take approx. 60 mins and Polish brows will take approx. 30 mins.
• Gelish treatment lasts approx. 2 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance. Polish brows will last approx. 4-6 weeks.
• A patch test will be required for Polish brows at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, please discuss with Polish Nails & Beauty at time of booking.
• French Polish Gelish is included and does not require a supplement.
• Valid for Cults branch only. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
