• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Jun - 30 Sep 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Stay in a king/twin superior room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes an £18pp dinner spend valid on food only across all menus. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child; payable directly to hotel. Under 2s stay free with cots available on request; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per stay. Please discuss with and pay directly to hotel; subject to availability.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
