- Exclusion dates: Saturdays, Thu 24 Dec 2015 - Sat 02 Jan 2016.
- Reservations must be made by 03 Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
- There is a three hour time limit in the private dining room.
- Voucher includes eight people. Additional people can be added up to a max of sixteen at £30 per person. Please discuss directly with Norwood Hall when booking.
- Menu is a set menu.
- Vegetarian and gluten free options are available. Please discuss dietary requirements directly with Norwood Hall when booking.
- Drink on arrival is Prosecco; white wine is Penzolo Bianco, IGP Emilia Romagna, Italy; red wine is Penzolo Rosso, IGP Emilia Romagna, Italy.
- Alcohol can be replaced by soft drinks.
- Wheelchair access.
- Children are allowed until 10pm when accompanied by an adult. There is a supplement of £15 per child which gives them a choice of three courses from the children's menu.
- Only one voucher per person can be purchased.
- Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your dining experience.

Food was superb and served at the table. It was nir made clear that starters were extra and 19 extra kind of defeated the voucher discount. Was very difficult slotting in a Sunday within the time frame to suit as they seem to have no places if they are accommodating a wedding the day before
