• Voucher is valid until Sun 8 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020. 
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £15 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin ensuite room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2/3: Includes a 2 course meal, choosing a starter & main only. Menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £2 is required per person for prawn cocktail starter; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner is on first night only.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Parking available.
• Max 1 child permitted; under 2s go free, over 2s are £25 per night; please discuss directly with hotel. Only one fold up bed and cot is available.
• Max of 5 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5.50 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
