• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 May 2019, Wed – Fri 10am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays – Tuesdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Please note treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: choose one 20 minute mini treatment from the following: head & face massage, lower arm & hand massage or tired feet massage.
• Option 2: choose a reflexology (30-45 minute consultation and 30 minute treatment time) or a full body Swedish massage (75 minutes).
• Option 3: choose a full body aromatherapy or bamboo massage (75 minutes); a patch test may be required in advance for aromatherapy; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Option 2 and 3 can be upgraded to include a 20 minute mini treatment for a supplementary charge of £10 or to upgrade to a 2 hour treatment for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to salon.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
