Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Mar 2018 until Sat 30 Jun 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.  
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 1pm.
• Standard king or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family room (double & single bed) £15, double double room (2 x double beds) £20 or large family room ( 2 x double beds & 1 x single) £25 payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note hotel will be undergoing refurbishment throughout the deal period. This will be carried out in stages and every effort will be made to cause minimum disruption during your stay.  
• Due to our refurbishment programme the main bar and restaurant will be closed from 23/04/2018 – 30/06/2018. The hotel will continue to serve food and beverages in other areas of the hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 3 children ages 12 and under permitted; rooms can be upgraded to accommodate; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
