• Voucher is valid from 21st Jan until 28th Apr 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12th - 14th Feb and 25th - 27th Mar 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 5th Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted as gifts only.
• £35 pn supplementary fee for Fri or Sat night stays payable directly to the hotel. 
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Members can upgrade to the Superior room for £30 prpn, Turret room £60 prpn or the Suite for £90 prpn; subject to availability
• Sorry, multiple vouchers may not be used on multiple/consecutive nights.
• Stay may be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, please discuss directly with the hotel; subject to availability 
• Sorry, no wheelchair accessible rooms available.
• Please note there is no lift in the main house and bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor.
• Purchase option two, dinner allocation must be used on the first evening. 
• Dogs permitted, supplementary fee of £10 per night in the Rufflets Lodge, max 2.
• Children under 2 stay free of charge, cot hire is £10.
• Supplementary fee for children 12 years and under of £20 per child per night B&B in extra bed, payable directly to the hotel, max 2 children per room. 
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
