Small print

• Oct: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days subject to availability. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Nov - Dec: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 23 Dec 2020, 7 days subject to availability. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to the Skye suite for £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 4 and under stay free when sharing with adults, ages 5 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £15 per night inc breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £8 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
