• Midweek stay: 
• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, Monday and Wednesday check-ins only.
• Excludes Tue and Thu - Sun and 22 Dec 2021 - 1 Jan 2022. 
• Weekend stay: 
• Voucher is valid from Fri 12 Nov 2021 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, Friday and Saturday check-ins only.
• Excludes Sun - Thu and 22 Dec 2021 - 1 Jan 2022.
• General: 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am. Please note that card details will be taken at check-in.
• The Tower, North or South Barn options: sleeps up to four people.
• The East or West Granaries: sleeps up to four people.
• The New Woll House options: sleeps up to six people.
• Please note that the on-site restaurants will be closed 1 - 16 Jan 2022.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children permitted. Cots available; please discuss directly.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet; payable directly to hotel. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the golf course.
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
