Small print

Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin classic or stable room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: suite £60 or bridal suite £150; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 and 3 include a 2 course dinner choosing a starter/main or main/dessert each; menu can be viewed here; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required for cheese £3.95 or steak £9.95; payable directly to hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available. Option 3 includes dinner on the first night only. 

Children permitted; under 2's stay free, under 12's require a supplement of £20 per night including breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Cots available on request for a supplementary charge.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
