Small print

• Midweek stays: Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Wed 26 Feb 2020, Mon - Wed; subject to availability.
• Weekend stays: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, Fri only; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• Bookings are non refundable or changeable once confirmed by Silverwood Lodges.
• Security pre-authorisation is taken via a card payment from hirer of £250 per lodge.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in between 3pm - 5.30pm, check-out 10am. Late check in's / checkout's requires a supplement of £30; please discuss directly when booking.
• Options 1, 2, 3 & 5: 2 x double rooms.
• Options 4 & 6: mix of 2 x double rooms and 1 x twin or 3 x doubles.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly when booking.
• Any damage or deep cleaning required will be charged from the security deposit; please discuss directly when booking.
• Gas and electricity will be charged by a meter on checkout; please discuss when booking.
• Linen and towels are included.
• No candles or barbecues are permitted in lodges or on site.
• Parking available.
• No rowdy guests, stag & hen parties, or groups of anyone under age of 30 accepted; you may be refused entry and lose deposit.
• Strict noise policy in place.
• Children permitted; must be supervised at all times and are included in overall head count. Additional beds and cots cannot be provided.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
