Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Jul 2025 until Sun 16 Nov 2025, 7 days, 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 7 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 vouchers per table. 
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 9.30pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
