Small print

• Voucher is valid until Mon 23 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 7 – 27 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per stay is required for any stays which include Fridays or Saturdays; payable directly to Springwell Croft Cottages.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Double/twin rooms available; each cottage is configured differently with a mix of double/twin rooms.
• Option 1: Stay is for two people only. Children are not permitted.
• Self-catered dining within each property.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2-6: Children permitted and included in the overall head count, except for under 2s which can be added to overall head count; max 2 infants per cottage. High chairs and travel cots cost a supplementary charge of £10 per child per stay; payable directly to Springwell Croft Cottages
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
