• Family pass:
• Family pass voucher is valid from Mon 1 May 2017 until Wed 31 May 2017, Mon – Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat – Sun 10am -  6pm, (last entry 1 hour prior to closing); subject to availability.
• Advance booking not required.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; children are classed as ages 3 – 15 and children ages 2 and under go free.
• Wheelchair accessible.
• Seal and Meerkat feeding:
• Seal feeding voucher is valid from Mon 1 May 2017 until Fri 22 Dec 2017, 7 days, 10.30am; subject to availability.
• Meerkat feeding voucher is valid from Mon 1 May 2017 until Fri 22 Dec 2017, 7 days, 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Members should arrive 10mins before the booked time so you can meet the keeper at the enclosure to receive your introduction to the animals.
• Full length trousers must be worn and closed toed shoes. Seals are outside, dress for the weather.
• Gloves are provided but the meerkats eat insects and the seals eat fish that you will be handling.
• The meerkat enclosure has soft sand underfoot and involves stepping over rocks; members must be able bodied and sturdy on their feet.
• Suitable for ages 8+
• Sorry, no wheelchair accessible.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
