• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, Dec: Sun – Thur, Jan – Apr 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays in December.
• Both options exclude 24, 25, 31 Dec and 1, 8 – 11 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 2 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a welcome drink from the following: 175ml glass of red, white or rosé wine or a bottle of beer each; can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2 includes 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Please note hotel is within the University campus grounds.
• On-site facilities include restaurants and cafes, shopping area with bank, newsagent and pharmacy, cinema and live arts theatre, laundry facilities (fees apply), 9-hole golf course (fees apply), free access to the sports centre, fitness suite and 50m Olympic length pool located on campus.
• Children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free and ages 6 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £17.50 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
