Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Mar 2020 until Tue 15 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays and from 1st - 15th May 2020; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Standard double or twin room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a cooked or continental breakfast with tea, coffee and fruit juice. Vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options are available.
• Children permitted; cots can be provided for ages 2 and under, children ages 2 - 12yrs can be accommodated free of charge if no extra bed is required and children 12 and above are classed as adults; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
