• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 30 Sept 2018 until Sun 23 Dec 2018, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Saturdays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Fri 21 Dec 2018, Mon – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and Sundays and 12, 15-19 Oct, 14, 16, 21 Nov. A £30 supplement per room per night applies for Friday bookings; please arrange with hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin classic rooms available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• A supplementary charge per dish is required for the following: mains 8oz sirloin £7.50 and 8oz fillet £9.50; payable directly to hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; please discuss directly with hotel for any supplementary charges which may apply.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
