• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 – 27 Oct 2019, 22 Dec 2019 - 3 Jan 2020 an 13 - 15 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior double £20, family room £30 or executive double £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes an arrival drink at the bar choosing from a glass of wine, pint of beer or spirit & mixer.
• Option 2: includes dinner with a £20 per person allowance towards sample dinner menu; subject to change. Dinner is on the first night only. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Children are permitted; under 12s can be accommodated in a family room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night including breakfast. If paying child supplement, you do not need to pay a room upgrade supplement. Under 2s are free of charge and cots are available; subject to availability.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
