• Voucher is valid from Tue 5 Nov 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, Mon - Fri 11am - 4pm, Sat 10am - 6pm and Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 - 6 Jan 2020.
• Opening times may vary, please check the website for your chosen day.
• Advance booking not required; for groups of 10+ please advise The Edinburgh Dungeon at least 24 hours in advance.
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for ages 8+ however it is up to the discretion of the accompanying adult. Please note children 5 years and under will not be admitted to the Dungeon.
• Ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 16+.
• Duration approx. 70mins.
• Please note navigating around the Dungeon will be mainly via level pathways. However due to the nature of the attraction some floor surfaces are uneven. Access is also gained via stairs and lifts to the various levels of the attraction.
• You will be required to stand for most of the Edinburgh Dungeon tour.
• Wheelchair access available; please note wheelchair users or guests who have considerable difficulties walking cannot access the Boat Ride; wheelchair users must be able to transfer un-aided into and out of the ride seats.
• Includes a souvenir guidebook 20% off souvenir photos and 10% off in the gift shop.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
