• Option 1 (midweek): Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Option 2 (weekend): Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Oct 2019 until Sat 28 Mar 2020, Fri & Sat; subject to availability.
• Excludes 15 Dec 2019 - 7 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 12 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a starter and main from set menu only; menu is subject to change. Max of 8 people per table. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: bang bang tandoori prawns - £2, steak et frites - £4, 8oz ribeye - £7, steak and ale pie - £2 and monkfish and king prawn skewer - £7; payable directly to restaurant. Tables may be required back after 2 hours. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

• Children permitted and require a supplementary charge of £25 inc breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel. Under 3s stay free of charge.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
