Small print

• Nov 2020 - Dec 2021: Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Apr 2021 and from Tue 26 Oct 2021 until 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr and 1 May - 25 Oct 2021. 
• Apr - Dec 2021: Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Fri 30 Apr 2021 and from Tue 26 Oct 2021 until 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 1 May - 25 Oct 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to The Garrison.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Stay in a 2 bed double/twin room apartment with a sofa bed in the living room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children ages 2-17 years are permitted and included within the headcount. Cots are available upon request free of charge.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to The Garrison.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
