• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon - Thur 9am – 5pm, Fri & Sat 9am - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, all of December, 14 Feb and 21 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1 includes a dermaplaning treatment. Duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2 includes a LVL lash lift and eyebrow wax. Duration: approx. 1 hr.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers/those in remission or those who suffer from MS.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
