In an excellent location, rooms all very cosy and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful the service excellent. Food was freshly cooked and a great for breakfast. A great place for a weekend get away. Would return for sure.

Friendly welcome, warm cosy large bedroom. Plenty of hot water. Nice meal in the restaurant and good wine. Service was a bit slow as only 2 people waiting tables but it was fine as we weren’t in a rush. Breakfast a bit of a let down as baked beans had finished, menu was dirty with sauce spilt on it but waiter friendly enough. Let down a bit by the receptionist giving us wrong information to catch the bus to Edinburgh which meant we had 4 hours to wait as we missed a bus bring at the wrong stop tgen next one was 2 hours later
