• Voucher is valid from Tue 1st Dec 2015 until Thu 31st Mar 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11th, 24th – 26th Dec 2015, 30 Dec 2015 - 1 Jan 2016; 8th, 22nd Jan 2016; 12th, 14th – 15th, 19th Feb 2016, 4th, 18th, 25th,26^th,27^th & 28^th March.
• Reservations must be made by Mon 29th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Weekend Availability; Friday & Saturday £20 per night supplement (subject to availability).
• Pets are not permitted.
• Children are permitted; age 12 and under; £20 BB rate for an extra bed or cot; subject to room availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 3pm; Check out 11am.
• Free onsite parking.
• Double / twins standard rooms with en suite.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; £20 per night for a Heritage Room; £40 per night for a Lake View Room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel when booking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
