• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Limited availability on Friday & Saturdays.
• £20 supplement for Fri & Sat nights.
• Excludes 12, 19, 25 Nov, 9, 24 - 26, 30 & 31 Dec 2016. Also 1, 6, 20 Jan, 3 & 4, 10, 17 Feb, 3, 7, 31 March 2017. 
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Double/twin standard rooms with en suite available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Heritage Room for £20 per night or a Lake View Room for £40 per night.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Cream tea is served after check in between 3.30pm - 5pm.
• Children are permitted; 12 and under £20 BB rate for an extra bed or cot; subject to room availability.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
