Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Jan 2020 until Sat 28 Mar 2020, Wed & Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri 8am – 6pm and Sat 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays – Tuesdays and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45min for manicure and 60min for pedicure including consultation.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60min including consultation. Patch test is required 24 - 48 hours before appointment. Please arrange directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Treatments are valid for Kaitlyn only.
• Wheelchair access available; please note salon is unable to facilitate those who need help onto treatment bed.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
