• Oct - Dec 2019: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Sun 29 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26 Dec 2019. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jan - March 2020: Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Mon 30 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 14 - 15 Feb 2020. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 4 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings can be taken from 9:30am -10.30pm daily.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.
• Double or twin standard, grand and grand plus rooms are available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Paid on street parking available; limited spaces.
• Max of 1 child; Up to 2 years are free of charge and cots are provided, age 2 – 14 years permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
