Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 12 Sept 2018 until Sat 29 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per night is required for Fridays and Saturdays stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 22 Sept, 17 - 20 Oct and 24 - 26 Dec 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a royal room for a supplementary charge of £29 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• An additional adult can be added to the room for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 dinner: choose from starter/main or main/dessert from the A la Carte menu. 

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: £12 fillet steak, £8.50 on all items in the 'steak' and 'ash specialties' section of the menu. Any other supplements printed on the menu will be applicable; payable directly to restaurant.

Free onsite parking for 9 cars, subject to availability; parking also available within a 5 minute walk (rates approx. £5 – £7).

• Children permitted; children under age 6 stay free of charge paying for all meals as taken. Cots and high chair are available free of charge. Max of 2 children.
• Option 1: Children ages 6 -12 years are £25 per child per night when sharing with adults including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2: Children ages 6 -12 years are £44 per child per night when sharing with adults including breakfast and dinner; payable directly to hotel.
• Dogs are permitted at £10 per dog per night; max of 2 dogs.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
