• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge per room per night is required for Jan/Feb: Fri & Sat £30, and Mar: Sun - Thu £10, Fri & Sat £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a royal room for a supplementary charge of £29 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• An additional adult can be added to the room for a supplementary charge of £34.50 for one night and £62.50 for two nights inc dinner on one night; please discuss with and pay directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the a la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking.

Free onsite parking for 9 cars, subject to availability; parking also available within a 5 minute walk (rates approx. £5 – £7).

• Max of 2 children permitted; children under age 6 stay free of charge paying for all meals as taken. Cots and high chair are available free of charge.
• Option 1: Children ages 6 -12 years are £25 per child per night when sharing with adults including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2: Children ages 6 -12 years are £44 per child per night when sharing with adults including breakfast and dinner; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
