• Voucher is valid from Sat 2nd Jan 2016 until Thu 31st Mar 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by Sun 31st Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Weekend availability; Jan-Feb supplement for Fri & Sat £20.00 per room per night / Mar supplement for Fri & Sat £25.00 per room per night.
• Check in – 3pm. Check out – 10.30am.
• Free onsite car parking for up to 9 cars – this is on a first come and first served basis. Parking available within a 5 minute walk and the rates approx. £5 – £7
• Double or Twin classic rooms – subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Royal room for a supplementary charge of £29 per room per night.
• Dinner is from the A La Carte menu and customer can choose either starter/main or main/dessert. £9.50 supplement on Fillet Steak and £7.50 supplement on the other items in 'Steaks' and 'Ash Specialities' section of the Dinner A La Carte menu. Guests are free to order from the Lunch/Early Dinner menu - the printed supplements applicable. All supplements to be paid direct.
• Children are permitted.
• B&B option Children Under 6 Free of charge – paying for all meals as taken. Children 6-12 years are £19 per child per night when sharing with adults including breakfast.
• DBB option – Children under 6 free of charge – paying for all meals as taken. Children 6-12 years are £33 per child per night when sharing with adults including breakfast and dinner.
• Cots and high chair are available free of charge.
• Pets are permitted; £10 per dog per night (max 2 dogs).
• All room supplements to be paid at the time of confirmation of the booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is non refundable once booked with hotel.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
