- Chipotle BBQ brisket of beef with chive mash and pickled carrot
- Roast chicken breast with truffle and tarragon cream, asparagus and ratte potatoes
- Chargrilled aubergine with slow roasted onion in a tamarind sauce with white bean purée and black lentils
