• Voucher is valid from Sat 5 Dec 2020 until Sun 29 Aug 2021, Sat-Sun 1pm or 2.45pm only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Monday - Friday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Choice of brunch menu item with tea or coffee each. A supplementary charge of £2pp is required for the slow-cooked short-rib of Scotch Beef, paid direct to the restaurant.
• Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 1: Includes Prosecco top-ups every 15 mins starting from the time of reservation. Prosecco can be substituted for unlimited tea/coffee or soft drinks. 
• Option 2: Includes Champagne top-ups every 15 mins starting from the time of reservation. Champagne can be substituted for draught beer, unlimited tea/coffee, single shot Bloody Mary’s or soft drinks. 
• The Tippling House promotes responsible drinking and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol. 
• Table required back after 1.5 hours.
• No wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
