• Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Oct 2016 until Sun 18 Dec 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note weekend availability is extremely limited and must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 7 Dec 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, max of 4 nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10.30am. 
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £25 per person dinner allowance.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following dishes: sirloin steak £8 and seafood dishes £2; payable directly to restaurant.
• Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change (supplements may apply to certain dishes).
• Free parking available.
• Max 2 children permitted; ages 0-2 stay free and over 12's will be charged as an adult. A supplementary charge of £2 is required for every year of age for children aged 2 – 12, travel cots can be provided in this charge and breakfast is included. If a Z bed is required, an additional £10 charge will be added; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
