Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Limited availability and a supplementary charge of £15 per night is required on Fridays and Saturdays, book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 11 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double, twin or family ensuite room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 200ml bottle of Prosecco each on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under and meals are charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog; payable directly to hotel.
• Gin and Whisky tastings available for a supplementary charge from £12 per person; please discuss directly when booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
