• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Tue & Thur 9am – 4.30pm, Wed 9am – 6.30pm, Fri 9am – 4pm, Sat 9am – 1pm; subject to availability.
• For details on last booking slots available, please liaise directly with the salon via email.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online or email bookings only.
• Please provide itison voucher code when booking as you will be charged for any treatments received if you do not.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy.
• For cancer sufferers & those in remission, please discuss treatments directly with the salon before booking.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration approx:
• Facial / Massage: 30 mins incl consultation
• Manicure / pedicure: 45 mins
• Can upgrade to gel manicure or pedicure for £3 per treatment; payable directly to salon.
• Bookings outwith the specified times will be charged extra; please discuss directly with salon.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
