Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tues 1st Sept until Mon 30th Nov 2015, Sun-Thurs; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 1st Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Pets permitted for an additional £12 per night; well behaved dogs only; Pets are not permitted in public areas of hotel. Max of 2 pets permitted per room. Cats permitted upon request; please discuss with hotel directly. 
• Children permitted on request; aged 5-15 yrs are an additional £25 B&B or £35 DBB per child. Under 5's stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults. Max of 2 children permitted. Please discuss with hotel at time of booking. 
• Check in 4pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Standard double or twin room available. 
• Menu is subject to change and availability. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays subject to availability. Stays can also be extended and rooms upgraded for an additional charge. Please discuss with Tinto House at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. If you cancel after 72 hours of your booking, full payment will be taken/ voucher will be redeemed. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
