• Voucher is valid from 1st-31st Oct, Mon – Wed: 9am – 6pm, Thurs: 9am – 8pm, Fri: 9am – 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm, Sun: 11am – 5.30pm
• All appointments are subject to availability & Sat appointments will be strictly on a first come, first serve basis
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of two per member
• Duration: up to 45 minutes
• Refreshments are subject to availability
• Over 16s only 
• A complimentary sample on arrival: samples will vary.
• Disabled access
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
