Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Feb 2017 until Fri 28 Apr 2017,  Mon – Thur 9am – 8pm and Fri 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and 14 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Maximum of 1 vouchers per person, multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time subject to group size and availability; please discuss directly with spa when booking.
• Treatment can be modified during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for those in remission after one year.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers, those with heart conditions, epilepsy or diabetes.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50 mins; 25min massage and 25min facial.
• Facilities include: 20m heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool spa and state-of-the-art gym.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required to hire of robes and towels; payable directly to hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
