• Voucher is valid until 31 Mar 2016, Sun - Fri, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Exclusion Dates: 14 Feb, 3 - 6, 9 & 10 Mar 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 18 Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Tables required back by 1.5 hours.
• Afternoon tea menu only. Menu is subject to change.
• Afternoon tea includes loose leaf pot of tea or cafetiére of coffee. Cappuccino, latte or speciality teas have a supplement of £1.20 per person.
• Vegetarian options available. Gluten and dairy free options available, supplements apply, please advise and discuss directly when booking.
• Wheelchair access, although there is a 15cm high step into the tearoom.
• Children allowed. 
• Any damage or breakage to items in the tearoom will be charged accordingly.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
