Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 12 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Tue - Sat; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sun - Mon and 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked 48 hours in advance and by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available with a sea or garden view.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3 and 4: includes a £40 allowance to be used on the first night only; menus are subject to change. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian options available; please advise hotel when booking. Guten & wheat free options are available.
• Max of 1 child permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
