• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £12 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Excludes 21 & 22 March 2020. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3 include 3 course set menu, viewed here; subject to change. Option 3 is for dinner on first night only. Supplementary charges will apply to some dishes, please see menu for details; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten/wheat free options are available.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.
• Table required back after 2 hours.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
