• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 - 26, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan and 14 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please note that the booking office is closed 23 - 27 Dec 2019.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Options 1 & 2: Classic one bedroom apartment available with a king size bed.
• Options 3 & 4: Deluxe two bedroom apartment available with 2 king size beds.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 16 and under and under 12s can be accommodated on a zbed; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
