- Duration: approx. 1 hrs 30 mins. Last entry is at 7.30pm with the zoo closing at 9pm.
- Suitable for all ages. All attendees require a ticket; under 3's are free; 3 - 15 years are classed as children.
- All infants and children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Please note daytime zoo entry is not included and visitors may not see any real animals.

- Wheelchair access available. Wheelchairs are available for hire on arrival; subject to availability. Mobility scooters are also permitted. The route is designed so that wheelchairs and buggies can get around.
