A security deposit is required for each lodge: Pheasant Lodge £150 and Stag Lodge £250; payable directly to Cowans Law.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Pheasant Lodge includes 2 bedrooms: 1 twin and 1 king.

Stag Lodge includes 4 bedrooms: 3 x king and 1 double.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount unless young enough to stay in a travel cot, travel cots available on request; subject to availability.

Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog. 1 dog permitted in the Pheasant lodge and 2 in the Stag lodge; please discuss with and pay directly to Cowans Law.

Includes 20% off a choice of activities from clay shooting, fly fishing, air rifle, target archery if booked at time of booking; please discuss directly with Cowans Law.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
