If I buy the voucher and further restrictions are put in place or we become ill due to Covid would we be able to get a refund or transfer to a gift voucher if we cannot travel.

I can confirm a term of this deal is once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

We'd advise getting in touch with them in advance of your booking if you need to rearrange or cancel your booking as this is at their discretion. If you need any further help though you're welcome to then contact us at support@itison.com and we're happy to raise this with the hotel however we cannot guarantee a refund once booked and outwith the 14 day cooling off period.

Does the deal include a child, as in a family of three (2 adults, 1 child)?

I can confirm this deal is for two adults, but a maximum of 2 children aged 0-14 years are permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £40. Meals are an £11.50 supplement per child per night; payable direct to the hotel.

I've had a look at the code you provided and it seems you were missing a digit.

To use this credit at our checkout, just select Add a Gift Card or Promo Code after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy. You should find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in and select Enter Code.

While this deal is for 2 people, many hotels are welcome to accept our vouchers for a sole traveller, although no further discount would be applicable.

It's always worth checking with the individual venue before buying a voucher, though, as some may be able to offer you a better deal directly for single occupancy.
