Hi, the hotel’s website they are opening 17 May but small print on itison has voucher valid from 26 April. Could you clarify please.

You can find out more about our Covid-19 guarantee at https://www.itison.com/pages/guarantee.

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating

I have telephoned the hotel twice & both times the call has been transferred to a mobile I think. I have left a message twice but no-one has phoned back. You are able to book a room online but as this is a voucher you have to phone the hotel.
I too have read it is not opening until 17 May & they are advertising for staff. Can Itison guarantee I will be able to use this voucher?

Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May 2021 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

The hotel may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic or Riverside double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Free parking available.

Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Please note rooms are limited; check availability with the hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Any additional dogs must be checked with the hotel prior to booking.

Wheelchair access available.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
