What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two with 2 x 30 minute luxury spa treatments, 3 course bento box lunch, full leisure access plus use of fluffy robe and slippers

  • Choice of treatments:
    - Back, neck and shoulder massage
    - Taster facial
    - Mini manicure
    - Mini pedicure
    - Scalp massage

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020; valid 7 days 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Please note Saturdays and Sundays have limited availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Includes a 3 course bento box lunch; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise at time of booking.

Over 16s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 2 x 30min treatments choosing from: back, neck and shoulder massage, taster facial, mini manicure, mini pedicure or scalp massage.

Certain treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please inform spa upon booking.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes access to leisure facilities: full access to the gymnasium, pool, sauna, spa bath, steam room.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
