Hi I would like to but the voucher and book for the Sunday Night the 9th of May how do I book as the Hotel has advised they cant book it it needs to be done through you?

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 May 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri - Sat, 16-20, 23-25, 30-31 May, 1-7, 9-13, 15, 20, 27-28 Jun, 4 Jul, 1, 11, 15, 22, 29 Jul, 4, 8-15, 18, 25, 30 Aug and 6-8, 16, 23, 26-29 Sep 2021.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required per room per night for stays throughout July and August; payable directly to the hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted; option 1 - max of 4 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Option 1: Stay in a classic room.

Option 2: Stay in a superior room.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival.

Includes access to leisure facilities: heated indoor pool, gym sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa bath when open, subject to government guidelines. Leisure access is limited to one hour and must be arranged in advance with the hotel.

Free onsite parking available.

Max 1 child permitted in a superior room only, 0-4yrs are free of charge including breakfast and are included in overall headcount, 5-15yrs require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast and pay for all other meals as taken; payable directly to hotel. Cots can be provided free of charge. Children are not permitted in classic rooms.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
