I can confirm this deal is valid until Wednesday 30th September 2020.

However, this voucher is protected by our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to the current COVID-19 situation, we'll issue an itison credit to use towards another deal for the next 12 months.

What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two with 2 x 30 min treatments, 2 course lunch, a glass of fizz & full use of the leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021; Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sat - Sun and 8 & 25 May 2020 and 24 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Apr 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 16's only.

Groups can booked and receive treatments at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

Includes 2 x 30 min treatments each choosing from – express facial, back, neck and shoulder massage, body scrub and file and polish on fingers or toes; all consist of 5 mins consultation and 25 mins treatment.

Members can upgrade to a hot stone back massage for a supplementary charge of £5pp; payable directly to spa.

Treatments can be altered for pregnancy and cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss with spa at time of booking.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Full access to the leisure facilities including heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool spa bath. Please note a 1 hour slot for the pool must be arranged with the hotel at time of booking.

Robes and slippers can be hired at a supplementary charge of £7pp; payable directly to spa.

Includes a 2 course lunch choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each from the Spa menu; subject to change. Served from 12noon - 4pm. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a glass of fizz each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
